You need to create goals and plans that work with where you want your business to be. e.g., If your business needs more clients, does your plan reflect this?
2. 𝗜𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗻 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰?
Can your goals within your plan be achieved and/or implemented? There’s no point in making goals or plans you can’t realistically achieve!
3. 𝗖𝗮𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘀?
Your plan needs to include things like deadlines, tasks, forecasts, budgets, and/or metrics. How else do you measure your success?
4. 𝗗𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗻 𝗱𝗲𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆?
To action the plan, who specifically needs to do what to get results? Is there a clear outline of responsibility for your teams?
